A server built with passion

According to the Operator, the team develops Mafia-Craft voluntarily and receives no personal remuneration.

vPLN stays on the server

Spend points earned in-game on items and features in the internal store; the Exchange uses a separate E-currency.

Refunding your own payments

The /wyplac command is for documented refunds of eligible store funds, not withdrawing gameplay earnings.

How the Mafia-Craft economy works

vPLN can only be earned through gameplay and spent on in-server items and features. The online store neither sells nor tops up vPLN. The Exchange uses a separate E-currency. The /wyplac command can only return eligible, unused portions of real payments, based on separate records and transaction checks.

Section 01

§1 Key definitions

Separate balances and distinct rules for each feature.

  1. “Operator” means the person or entity running Mafia-Craft.pl and selling services through its official store. The Operator’s details and complaints address are provided at the end of these Terms.
  2. “Store balance” or “premium funds” means a record of entitlement to specific services and products available in the store, derived from payments actually made by and recorded for the player.
  3. “vPLN earned in-game” means points obtained through the Mine, Farm, Fishing Area or other activities. These points may increase the “KASA” (cash) balance displayed in-game, but they are intended solely for purchases in the in-game store and for features available on the server.
  4. The “store balance” is a separate record of actual payments, allowing purchased, spent and potentially refundable amounts to be accounted for. If an interface displays several balances under the common name “vPLN”, this combined display must not allow points earned through gameplay to be cashed out.
  5. “E-currency” or “exchange balance” means a separate, non-withdrawable unit used for transactions on the Mafia Exchange. AFK tokens are free minigame units. Neither represents money actually paid by the player.
  6. “Payment refund” means the return of money actually paid, subject to the store terms and applicable consumer law. It is not a prize, winnings, payment for gameplay or withdrawal of virtual currency.
Section 02

§2 Our hobby-based project

A community brought together by a passion for Minecraft.

  1. Mafia-Craft.pl is an independent, community Minecraft server developed as a hobby project. Its purpose is to provide shared gameplay, develop original features and build a welcoming community.
  2. According to the Operator’s declaration, the owner and administrators devote their personal time to creating, maintaining, moderating and developing the server; they do not receive personal remuneration for this work or treat the project as a source of personal profit.
  3. The server’s hobby-based nature does not turn store purchases into donations and does not exempt the Operator from tax, consumer-protection or data-protection obligations.
  4. Mafia-Craft is not an official Minecraft server and is not endorsed, sponsored by or affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Section 03

§3 Funding and server maintenance

Purchases help keep our shared world running.

  1. According to the Operator’s declaration, proceeds from purchases in the official store are used to maintain and develop Mafia-Craft, including hosting, domains, technical infrastructure, security, backups, updates, licences and other reasonable operating costs.
  2. These proceeds are accounted for after applicable taxes, payment-service fees, order-fulfilment costs, reserves for refunds owed and other liabilities. They are not funds entrusted to the Operator for financial investment.
  3. A premium purchase is a paid transaction for the product or service described in the offer. It is not a donation to the owner, an ownership interest in the project or a promise of future profits.
  4. Players are not required to buy premium services to make voluntary contributions to separately organised charity campaigns. Those contributions are covered in a separate section.
Section 04

§4 Official store and premium funds

Optional purchases of clearly described additional features.

  1. The official server store operates at sklep.mafia-craft.pl. Players may purchase specific services, items or premium features in accordance with the description, price and validity period shown before payment.
  2. Funds purchased through the store are used to obtain items, services and premium features in accordance with the offer. Purchases are optional: ordinary gameplay and earning vPLN through activity do not require payment of real money. A premium balance is not a bank account, investment product or way to generate financial profits.
  3. The official online store does not provide a facility to top up vPLN earned through gameplay. Purchases on sklep.mafia-craft.pl are recorded as separate store funds and do not alter the origin of vPLN obtained in the Mine, Farm, Fishing Area or other server activities.
  4. Items and features offered by the in-game store may be obtained using vPLN earned in-game, without paying additional real money at the time of the in-game purchase. Additional optional premium services offered on the website are described and accounted for separately.
  5. Premium funds are not used as stakes on the Mafia Exchange, in Kręciołek or in any other feature involving chance. They cannot be exchanged for tokens used in such features or for gameplay currencies that could subsequently be refunded as purchased funds.
  6. Before purchase, the Operator displays the product’s essential characteristics, total price, duration, activation conditions and any renewal terms. Paid features must also comply with the current Minecraft monetisation rules.
Section 05

§5 SpaceIs and transaction history

Access to purchases and transparent records.

  1. The Mafia-Craft store uses SpaceIs technical infrastructure to display and process orders and to store information about transaction statuses. SpaceIs is not itself a bank or necessarily the payment service provider transferring money from the purchaser.
  2. The actual payment is processed by the payment service provider identified to the player during checkout. The seller and contracting party remains the Mafia-Craft Operator, to whom purchase-related complaints should be addressed.
  3. Store transactions, including documented payments, fulfilled orders and recorded refunds, are logged in the store system’s history. Players can check their own purchase history in the store panel where this feature is available, or request a statement of their transactions from the Operator. Refund records are separate from points earned through gameplay.
  4. Transaction history is not a public list of other players’ personal or payment data. In the event of a discrepancy, the Operator reviews the report against available logs, order IDs and confirmations from the actual payment service provider.
  5. The Operator does not require players to disclose Microsoft account passwords or full payment-card details through the game chat or Discord.
Section 06

§6 The /wyplac command and refunds of your own payments

Recovering eligible store funds, not withdrawing gameplay winnings.

  1. The /wyplac command is intended to let players who previously paid through the official store initiate an automated procedure to recover the eligible, unused portion of their own payments. The technical scope and availability of a refund are presented when the player uses this feature.
  2. Only amounts derived from the player’s duly recorded, actual payments may be included in /wyplac, after deducting amounts already spent or refunded. The refund cannot exceed the actual unused value of those payments, even if the interface displays a combined “KASA” balance that includes points earned in-game. Each refundable amount must be established from records of the funds’ origin, not solely from the vPLN figure displayed.
  3. The technical system distinguishes the origin of funds. Displaying certain values within a single interface does not merge the records of store funds, vPLN earned in-game and the Exchange’s E-currency.
  4. The administration checks refund logs and may review any operation for errors, abuse or attempts to withdraw funds that do not originate from an actual payment. If an irregularity is detected, the Operator may suspend processing, correct an obvious technical error and conduct a manual review, without prejudicing the player’s right to complain.
  5. By invoking /wyplac, the player chooses this additional refund-request route. This does not waive statutory cancellation rights, complaint rights or the right to a refund in the manner required by law. Where a statutory refund applies, money will generally be returned using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method at no extra cost.
  6. The /wyplac command is not a way to withdraw virtual earnings from the Mine, Farm, Fishing Area, Mafia Exchange, mining rigs, Kręciołek or any minigame. Currencies and rewards obtained through gameplay do not increase the refundable amount.
  7. Invoking the command may start automated verification, but the time at which money is actually received also depends on the payment method, payment service provider and applicable law. Mafia-Craft does not charge a fee for this additional unused-balance refund facility.
Section 07

§7 Free restoration of your balance

Players are not charged for confirmed technical faults.

  1. If an unused premium balance is incorrectly reduced or lost because of a confirmed system failure, incorrectly fulfilled order or erroneous record, the player may request restoration of the correct balance at no charge.
  2. The Operator will compare the request against available purchase history and logs, then restore the properly documented entitlements or provide another solution consistent with the law without additional fees.
  3. Funds correctly spent on a premium product chosen by the player are not automatically restored merely because the player changes their mind. This does not restrict rights arising from complaints, withdrawal from a contract or a digital service’s lack of conformity with the contract.
Section 08

§8 Virtual currencies and no gameplay cash-outs

Points earned by playing stay within the game.

  1. vPLN points awarded for activity in the Mine, Farm, Fishing Area and other features are granted in-game without a real-money payment. They are added to the player’s displayed balance and used to obtain items and features in the in-game store. They are not deposits, legal tender or a promise of financial profit.
  2. vPLN earned in-game is neither sold nor topped up through the online store. It is intended for use within the server: purchasing items, services and features in Mafia-Craft’s in-game economy. It does not increase the value of a player’s payments eligible for refund.
  3. The “KASA: ... vPLN” figure shown in the interface represents the balance used during gameplay. If the display combines units of different origin, eligibility for any refund is determined exclusively by the separate register of actual payments and expenditure.
  4. Currencies, resources and rewards obtained through gameplay cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts, PayPal, payment cards or cryptocurrency wallets, or exchanged for items, vouchers or other things with a real-world financial equivalent.
  5. The ban on gameplay cash-outs also applies indirectly: a player cannot convert earned vPLN, Exchange E-currency or free tokens into store funds eligible for a refund through /wyplac, including through transfers between players. Every refund of an actual payment must be separately documented.
  6. A refund of money actually paid under Section 6 and applicable law is not a withdrawal of currency earned in-game. The Operator must track the origin of funds and prevent gameplay earnings from being converted into an apparent refundable balance.
  7. Selling in-game currencies, free tokens or virtual prizes for real money outside the server is prohibited.
Section 09

§9 Mafia Exchange — an economic simulation

Fictional market prices without investing real money.

  1. The Mafia Exchange is an in-game feature simulating price movements of fictional currencies. It is not a securities exchange, a market for real cryptocurrencies or a financial or investment service.
  2. Under the rules declared by the Operator, the Exchange uses a separate E-currency and separate exchange balance. E-currency is used only for simulated transactions in fictional currencies and is distinct from the store balance and records of actual payments.
  3. Exchange E-currency and any gains from simulated trades cannot be refunded through /wyplac or converted into real money. If the system allows points to be converted internally between gameplay and the Exchange, this must not create any route to cash out funds earned in-game.
  4. Amounts paid into the store are not stakes in Exchange transactions and cannot enter the Exchange directly or through indirect conversion of the premium balance.
  5. Prices are generated by the server’s mechanics and may fluctuate. Before trading, players must be able to learn about fees, purchase limits, selling lock-up periods and the basic method of price formation.
  6. A positive virtual trading result does not give rise to a right to receive real money. In the event of a system failure, the Operator may suspend trading and correct documented errors, while allowing players to submit complaints or appeals.
Section 10

§10 Minigames, Kręciołek and administrative tests

Free entertainment without paid stakes or cash prizes.

  1. According to the Operator’s declaration, MafiaSloty is a feature not deployed to ordinary players and used solely for closed administrative testing. It is not offered in public gameplay and is not a store product.
  2. Kręciołek, which is available to players, is a free minigame based on selecting or randomly drawing colours. Players use free tokens earned by spending time in the AFK area. These tokens cannot be purchased with premium funds or real money.
  3. According to the rules declared by the Operator, Kręciołek does not offer cash-outs, monetary benefits, items with market value or prizes exchangeable for money. Its outcome does not increase any refundable balance and does not provide an opportunity to earn money on the server.
  4. The name “Kręciołek”, free entry and absence of prizes do not by themselves determine the feature’s legal classification. The Operator should assess how it actually operates under applicable law, particularly rules on commercial electronic games of chance. In the event of reasonable doubt, the feature will be disabled until its status is clarified.
  5. Other crates and mechanics involving chance must be described and reviewed separately and made available only after checking the Minecraft rules and applicable law. This section does not declare every possible random mechanic legally permissible.
Section 11

§11 Mining rigs and additional services

Virtual gameplay features, not a promise of monetary income.

  1. BASIC, PRO and MAFIA mining rigs are virtual gameplay features. Their price, specifications, licence period, renewal terms and any upgrade conditions should be available before purchase.
  2. These rigs are not physical cryptocurrency-mining devices. They offer neither monetary income nor any right to cash out virtual resources outside the game.
  3. Paid features must not create a competitive advantage prohibited by the current Minecraft rules. If a purchased service is defective, the player may file a complaint.
Section 12

§12 Giving back as a community

A separate Siepomaga fundraiser, independent of premium purchases.

  1. Mafia-Craft encourages community members to participate voluntarily in charity campaigns. The community’s official fundraiser is available at https://www.siepomaga.pl/mafia-craftpl-pomagamy.
  2. Donations for this purpose are made directly through the Siepomaga platform. As stated on the fundraiser page, the money raised goes directly to the designated fundraising campaign. Donations do not constitute store credit in the Mafia-Craft shop or revenue from selling premium services.
  3. Donating is entirely optional. Any tax relief, donation receipts and other conditions are governed by Siepomaga’s current rules and applicable law.
  4. The Operator does not promise to convert donations into withdrawable game units, investment returns or cash prizes. Any separate reward-based campaign requires its own clear rules and a review of its compliance with the law and Minecraft guidelines.
Section 13

§13 Player responsibilities and fair play

Independent decisions and protection against abuse.

  1. Players independently decide how to use duly awarded in-game resources and selected premium features. Before purchasing or using a feature, they should read its description and limitations.
  2. The Operator is not automatically required to restore resources properly consumed or exchanged as a result of a player’s informed decision where the mechanic worked in accordance with the published rules. This does not exclude liability for technical faults, failure to provide a service or mandatory consumer rights.
  3. Cheating other players, exploiting vulnerabilities, duplicating items, using unauthorised bots, circumventing economic limits and organising wagers involving real money are prohibited.
  4. Each player is responsible for protecting access to their own account to the extent provided by law. Suspected account compromise or fraud should be reported to the administration immediately.
Section 14

§14 Administration, sanctions and appeals

Community safety and a way to resolve disputes.

  1. The administration may address violations through warnings, temporary restrictions on selected features, account suspensions or bans. Sanctions should be proportionate to the seriousness and circumstances of the violation.
  2. The Operator may suspend a feature in the event of an error, abuse, necessary update or concerns about legal compliance. When taking action, the Operator must respect players’ rights arising from earlier purchases.
  3. Balance corrections are made on the basis of a documented failure, abuse or another justified reason. Players may appeal or submit a complaint through the official contact channel.
Section 15

§15 Complaints, cancellation and refunds

Consumer rights apply regardless of the server’s business model.

  1. Complaints about purchases, incorrect premium-balance calculations, failure to activate a service or an incorrect refund may be submitted through the official contact form or the Operator’s email address. A player nickname, order ID, date and description of the problem will help with the investigation.
  2. The seller of store products is the Mafia-Craft Operator, not the SpaceIs template provider. Applicable law determines the response period for complaints and the consequences of missing it, including a 14-day deadline where relevant.
  3. Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online, subject to statutory exceptions. Excluding the right of withdrawal for certain digital content requires compliance with statutory conditions, including appropriate information and prior express consent where required by law.
  4. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund will generally be made using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method without incurring costs. Additional conditions for /wyplac do not limit these rights.
  5. Details of ordering, available payment methods, delivery of digital content and services and statutory refund procedures should also be provided in separate, complete store terms.
Section 16

§16 Data, logs and privacy

Your purchase history is for you, not the entire community.

  1. The Operator identified in these Terms is the controller of personal data required to run the server and fulfil purchases. Player identifiers, contact details and technical or transaction records are processed on applicable legal grounds, including the GDPR where applicable.
  2. Access to transaction history should be secured against unauthorised access to other players’ purchases and data. Retention periods, data recipients, cookie rules and data-subject rights are described in a separate privacy policy.
  3. Payment and store services may involve sharing data with relevant technical or payment service providers, according to their roles and applicable law. Full payment-card details and Microsoft account passwords must not be sent to administrators through messaging services.
Section 17

§17 Compliance with Minecraft rules

Real technical operation matters more than declarations.

  1. Mafia-Craft.pl is an unofficial Minecraft server independent of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. It is not endorsed or sponsored by them. The Operator undertakes to align actual server features, the store and currency handling with the current Minecraft Usage Guidelines and EULA.
  2. Server currencies, including vPLN earned in-game and Exchange E-currency, must have no real-world monetary value and must not be directly or indirectly exchangeable for money or external currencies. The /wyplac mechanism may apply only to separately recorded, unused actual payments. Linking refunds to gameplay earnings would be inconsistent with this model.
  3. In practice, the Mafia-Craft store does not sell vPLN top-ups, and the system maintains separate records of store funds, vPLN earned in-game and Exchange E-currency. The administration also checks logs of /wyplac operations to detect attempts to use ineligible funds or the effects of possible technical errors.
  4. The Operator maintains records of purchases and provides customers with information about their transactions. In accordance with Minecraft rules, each paying customer must also be provided with an online purchase and payment history; product details and prices are shown before purchase. Premium features must not grant a competitive advantage prohibited by Minecraft rules or harm other players’ gameplay.
  5. Every publicly available feature involving chance must be assessed on its actual operation, regardless of its name or whether players pay to participate. If a feature is found to be non-compliant, the Operator undertakes to modify or disable it while respecting consumer rights.
Section 18

§18 Final provisions and contact

Operator details, updates and complaints channel.

  1. The Operator publishes these Terms on the website. Applicable law is determined by the rules governing the Operator and the contract, including relevant Spanish and EU law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in a consumer’s country of habitual residence where those protections apply.
  2. Material changes to these Terms, for example due to legal requirements, security or changes in the offering, will be announced sufficiently in advance through the website or an official community channel. Amendments do not limit rights acquired under earlier transactions.
  3. Complaints and legal correspondence may be sent directly to the Operator at mafiacraftpl@gmail.com or via the official contact form. Discord or in-game chat alone does not replace a complaints channel required by law.
